Autumn One-day Bus Tour with Mitsui V-Net
- Kawagoe historical sightseeing & Bread Factory Tour -

Enjoy the historical places to feel ancient Edo atmosphere in Kawagoe and visiting one of the largest bread factories in Japan to see their latest technologies.

We will visit Kita-in Temple, originally built 1200 years ago, in Kawagoe where we can see the remains of the assets of Edo Castle and famous 500 Statues of Rakan. Each of 540 statues expresses different human emotion. We will also enjoy the beautiful Kiku Matsuri (chrysanthemum exhibition) in the temple.

We will stop over Kurazukuri Zone (Old warehouse zone) where you will have your free time for lunch. They have restaurants and convenience stores around there. Please refer to the map.  *Our bus stops around Fudanotsuji intersection area which is closer to Kashiya Yokocho (Candy Alley).

After Kawagoe sightseeing, we will visit the bread factory which produces the very popular Kin no Shokupan (Golden bread). They will take us to the observation tour to see the process of baking with the help of translations by Mitsui V-Net volunteers.

*Participants should wear the sanitary work suits & masks and the raw wound & body temperature will be checked since the factory produces food items.
