仕事の内容： Job description
１）．国際センター相談室が企画・実施するイベントや通常の相談・支援業務に関連するアシスタント（言語サポート補助、その他）
２）．学内学生交流に関する企画・学生への広報の協力
・新入留学生向け本郷キャンパス周辺案内の情報誌の作成
・国際センター相談室が学生と協働で主催するイベントへの協力
・学生へのイベント周知のための協力
Assisting International Center Advising Room, such as language assistance for students during orientation for new students.
※尚、1）のオリエンテーションやイベント等でアシスタント業務を実施していただく際には、謝金（時給925円）をお支払いします。それ以外の活動については、ボランティアとしての自主的な協力を期待します。
資格要件： 【以下すべてを満たす方】eligibility
(1)東京大学に1年半以上在籍する方（留学生・国内学生問わず）
Students who have studied at the University of Tokyo for longer than 1.5 years.
(2)日本語（会話・読解能力を含む）・英語中国語,韓国語等、その他の言語能力を持つ方
Fluent in Japanese (reading and speaking/writing ability is not necessary) and other languages
(3) 4月・10月に実施する新入生向けオリエンテーションへの協力が可能なこと
Able to attend the orientation for new students on April 8th,13:30-16:30
（2013年度4月オリエンテーションは、4月8日 午後13：30-16：30の間参加可能な方）
(4) 2013年4月2日（火）17：00-18：00に国際センター相談室で実施する、学生サポートスタッフ説明会に参加可能なこと Able to attend the meeting on April 2nd at International Center Advising Room
(5)その他国際センター相談室が企画する各種イベントや留学生との交流・支援等に積極的に参加する意欲のある方
Eager to contribute to the events and activities of the International Center
※いずれの学部・研究科の学生も応募可能ですが、アシスタント業務・ミーティング等は、本郷キャンパスを中心に実施されますので、本郷キャンパスに来ることが出来ることが条件です。
Students of any campus can apply if you can attend the meetings and activities on Hongo campus

・応募が多い場合は、研究科・学年・言語等を考慮して、１0名を選びます。
If we have more than 10 applications, we will select depending on graduate school, year in school and language ability
・今回選ばれなかった場合も、サポートスタッフ候補者として登録を行い、通訳・翻訳業務、学生サポート等に必要が生じた場合に協力を依頼します。
Those who are not selected will also be registered as candidates and we may ask to help us when necessary (for translation, interpretation or student support)
